Pure Water Production

Quick Answer

Probably Stolen Pure Water requires at least 99. 9% measured purity. Use an upgraded Water Purifier whose displayed Max Purity reaches that threshold, supply power and let it process the container overnight.

Probably Stolen Pure Water requires at least 99.9% measured purity. Use an upgraded Water Purifier whose displayed Max Purity reaches that threshold, supply power and let it process the container overnight. Quality modules raise the purifier's limit; Performance changes removal speed. Extra nights cannot overcome a limit below the grade you want.

A Moisture Farm is useful for producing cleaner starting water, but it is not mandatory for purifying a container you already own. Start by scanning the actual water and inspecting the purifier's configuration. The container's old label, the farm's Quality statistic and the purifier's Max Purity describe different things.

Scan the batch before choosing upgrades

AquaScan

Use the AquaScan or a Water Testing Strip to check the batch. The measured purity determines its grade, while the contamination breakdown helps explain what remains to be removed. Two containers with the same general label can still contain different mixtures.

Do not buy more equipment simply because the label says High-Quality Water. First check how close the measured purity is to 99.9%, then compare it with the machine's limit. A nearly finished batch and a badly contaminated one have different amounts of processing left.

Keep the container's volume in mind as well. Purification acts on the contents of the container you insert. A full workshop shelf of clean-looking bottles does not establish the purity of the particular batch you are about to process.

If you bought water from a visitor, inspect it rather than trusting the sale label. A label tells you how the container is being presented; a scan tells you what is inside. This is also the check that prevents you from diluting a finished pure batch with purchased water of an assumed grade.

Configure the Water Purifier for the target grade

Water Purifier

Open the Water Purifier and inspect its Max Purity. The unmodified machine's ceiling is below Pure Water. Installing Quality modules raises that ceiling, and a total of 100 Quality is the supported configuration for reaching the pure grade.

Use the resulting machine reading as the deciding check. Different older descriptions give different intermediate ceiling figures, so do not plan the last fraction of purity from an unrelated table. Your machine must show a limit at or above the 99.9% target before extra processing time can finish the job.

The important distinction is between a target the machine can reach and the purity of the current batch. Installing enough Quality does not instantly make every inserted container pure. It establishes a suitable ceiling; the machine still needs to perform the cleaning cycles.

If you rearrange modules, inspect the totals again. A layout change can affect Quality, Performance and Efficiency together. Retaining the same number of modules does not guarantee that the purifier still has the same final limit or power requirement.

Run a complete processing cycle

The Water Purifier cleans one inserted container each night. Supply a compatible energy source and put the water container in the machine's container slot. Check the current energy requirement after fitting modules rather than assuming every configuration costs the same amount.

  1. Scan the starting water and note its measured purity.
  2. Confirm that Max Purity reaches the Pure Water threshold.
  3. Insert the intended water container.
  4. Supply enough usable power for the machine's configured operation.
  5. End the day and let the purifier work.
  6. Inspect last-night removal and scan the batch again.
  7. Repeat only while the machine can still improve the water toward the target.

Keep the source container and completed water identifiable. If you remove a finished batch and later pour lower-grade water into it, its previous pure status no longer proves the combined mixture meets the same threshold. Scan again after any deliberate mixing.

The machine's successful operation matters as much as its settings. A suitable Max Purity on an unpowered purifier is only a configuration. Check the overnight result before counting the container as finished stock.

Separate Quality, Performance and Efficiency

Each module statistic addresses a different limitation. Quality raises the final cleaning limit, Performance increases contaminant removal and Efficiency changes the energy requirement. Buying a module because it improves “the machine” is less useful than identifying the statistic your batch needs.

StatisticWhat it changesWhen to inspect it
QualityMaximum reachable purityThe batch has reached a ceiling below Pure Water
PerformanceContamination removed during processingThe target is reachable but progress is slow
EfficiencyEnergy required by the configurationPower use is difficult to support

A Performance increase cannot make a below-target ceiling sufficient. It can help the machine approach its existing ceiling faster. Conversely, raising Quality does not necessarily solve a power shortage or remove the remaining contamination immediately.

Inspect all three totals after rearranging the bay. A change made for faster processing can alter energy use, so the next cycle may need a different power arrangement. The meaningful result is a machine that can reach the grade, has the power to run and makes measurable progress.

Understand why the final fraction takes longer

The purifier removes contaminants faster when water is heavily polluted. Cleaner water receives a smaller removal rate, so the last improvement toward Pure Water can take longer than earlier changes between visibly dirty grades.

That slowdown is different from reaching the configured ceiling. A machine still removing contamination is progressing, even if a rounded percentage changes only slightly. A machine that has reached its limit needs a different configuration if that limit remains below your target.

Use Contaminant Removed (Last Night) alongside the current purity and Max Purity. Those readings describe the progress, current state and reachable endpoint. A single label cannot show all three.

Do not promise yourself a fixed number of nights from the water grade alone. Starting contamination, volume, modules and power all affect the path. Inspecting the actual removal gives you a better next action than repeatedly waiting without checking whether the machine can still improve the batch.

Use manual treatment only for the contaminants it targets

A UV Lamp targets microbes. Water Pitcher filters remove particular impurities, and purification tablets have their own treatment roles. These tools can improve a starting batch without replacing the upgraded purifier's final purity requirement.

Scan before repeating a manual treatment. If the remaining problem is outside the tool's role, another pass may not help. Water can retain dissolved contamination after its microbes are gone, so a successful UV treatment is not proof of Pure Water.

Check filter condition as well. A filter that has exhausted its usable capacity cannot provide the improvement you expected. That is a separate issue from the Water Purifier's Quality limit and should not automatically trigger another module purchase.

Kotton Fabric is a coarse chemistry filter, not a general solution for drinking-water purification. Use it for appropriate large particles in a mixture, rather than assuming every filter-shaped item removes the contaminants preventing a pure grade.

Treat the Moisture Farm as a supply option

Moisture Farm

The Moisture Farm produces water. The Water Purifier removes contamination from an inserted batch. Upgrading one does not automatically upgrade the other, even when both machines have a statistic called Quality.

A cleaner farm output can reduce the preparation required before final purification. If you already own an upgraded farm, scan its actual output and use that reading to plan the purifier stage. Do not interpret +100% machine Quality as a claim that the water itself has 100% purity.

For a single container of purchased or collected water, you can use the upgraded purifier without first establishing your own farm. Buying a farm addresses recurring supply. It is not an additional hidden prerequisite for turning an existing suitable batch into Pure Water.

If your setup includes both machines, inspect them separately. Confirm the farm's output, the purifier's ceiling and the power available to each. This prevents a common mistake: improving the source machine while leaving the final purifier unable to reach the target.

Confirm the result and update the label

Once the scan shows at least 99.9%, the batch meets the Pure Water threshold. Check the actual reading before relying on its previous description. A container can hold better water than the label currently advertises.

Use Match Label when the tested grade and the displayed label disagree. Relabeling corrects the description; it does not perform additional purification. Likewise, choosing a premium-sounding label does not change the contents of an unfinished batch.

Keep finished Pure Water separate from lower grades unless you deliberately intend to blend them. Mixing changes the combined composition and may lower the grade. The exact amount matters, so rescan the result rather than assuming a small addition can never change the classification.

Not every purpose needs the highest water grade. Reserve finished pure batches for the uses you actually intend, and keep other suitable water available for processes that do not require it. This avoids spending extra cycles on a container whose intended job was already satisfied at a lower grade.

Choose the next action from the readings

If Max Purity is below the target, improve Quality. If the limit is suitable and removal remains positive, allow further processing or review Performance. If the machine did not work, inspect power and container placement. If the scan is pure but the description is old, update the label.

Those checks distinguish a ceiling problem, a speed problem, an operating problem and a presentation problem. Correct the specific limitation, complete another cycle only when it is needed, and verify the finished water before treating it as Pure Water stock.
